| Vector | AV:A/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
com.usbank.icsmobile.harleydavidson version 1.18
Description
The issue allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers and obtain sensitive information via a crafted certificate, as the application does not verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers.
Recommendations
For version 1.18, update the application to a version that properly verifies X.509 certificates from SSL servers to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the application on unsecured networks until a patch is available.
