CVE-2014-7467

CVSS v2.0

5.4

Medium

VectorAV:A/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions HoneyBee Mag (aka com.magzter.honeybeemag) version 3.0
Description The issue allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers and obtain sensitive information via a crafted certificate because the application does not verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers.
Recommendations For version 3.0, consider updating the application to a version that properly verifies X.509 certificates from SSL servers to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks. As a temporary workaround, restrict the use of the application on unsecured networks to minimize the risk of exploitation.
