| Vector | AV:A/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:P/A:P |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Cleveland Football STREAM (aka com.appstronautme.clevelandfootballstream) version 2.1.0
Description
The issue allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers and obtain sensitive information via a crafted certificate because the application does not verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers.
Recommendations
For version 2.1.0, consider updating the application to a version that properly verifies X.509 certificates from SSL servers to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks. As a temporary workaround, restrict the use of sensitive information within the application until a proper fix is applied.
