Description
The issue is related to the computation of a hash key using uninitialized integer values in the SkDashPathEffect.cpp file of Skia, which is used in Google Chrome. This could potentially allow remote attackers to cause a denial of service by rendering crafted data.
Recommendations
For Google Chrome versions prior to 39.0.2171.65, update to version 39.0.2171.65 or later to resolve the issue.
For Skia, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
