Description
The issue is related to a component called "PCRE" in Flash Player, which has insufficient data validation when handling the "c" control sequence followed by a UTF-8 encoded character. This can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted swf file, potentially allowing the execution of arbitrary PCRE byte code or causing a denial of service.
