Description The issue is related to a use-after-free vulnerability in the Flash Player software. This vulnerability can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted swf file, potentially allowing the execution of arbitrary code or causing a denial of service. The vulnerability has been exploited in the wild.

Recommendations For Adobe Flash Player versions prior to 13.0.0.265, update to version 13.0.0.265 or later. For Adobe Flash Player versions 14.x through 16.0.0.296, update to version 16.0.0.297 or later. For Adobe Flash Player version 11.2.202.440 and earlier on Linux, update to version 11.2.202.441 or later. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of Flash Player until a patch is available.
