Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to affect availability via unknown vectors related to Server: Federated. This can lead to a disruption in data access.
Recommendations For Oracle MySQL Server versions 5.5.42 and earlier, update to a version later than 5.5.42 to resolve the issue. For Oracle MySQL Server versions 5.6.23 and earlier, update to a version later than 5.6.23 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Server: Federated component to minimize the risk of exploitation.
