Description The issue is related to errors in handling pointers in the common/partial circular buffer.cc file of Google Chrome, which can be exploited by remote attackers to bypass the sandbox protection mechanism or cause a denial of service due to out-of-bounds write operations. This can be achieved by triggering a write operation with a large amount of data, utilizing the PartialCircularBuffer::Write and PartialCircularBuffer::DoWrite functions.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 43.0.2357.65, update to version 43.0.2357.65 or later to resolve the issue. For Opera, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
