Description The issue is related to the graphics component in Microsoft Windows, which allows local users to gain privileges via a crafted application that leverages an incorrect bitmap conversion. This can enable an authenticated attacker to elevate privileges on a targeted system, potentially allowing them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full administrative rights. To exploit the issue, an attacker must first log on to the system.
