Description The issue is caused by improper memory access, which can lead to memory corruption. This allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service via a specially crafted web site. If the current user has administrative rights, a successful exploitation could grant the attacker complete control of the system, enabling them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights.
Recommendations For Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For Microsoft Edge, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
