Description
The issue is caused by improper object counting before performing an array copy, allowing remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or bypass Code Access Security restrictions via a crafted .NET Framework application. An attacker who successfully exploits this vulnerability could take control of an affected system, then install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights.
Recommendations
For Microsoft .NET Framework versions 2.0 SP2 through 4.6, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
