Description The issue is related to the ContainerNode::parserInsertBefore function in Blink, which allows remote attackers to bypass the Same Origin Policy via crafted JavaScript code. This is due to the function proceeding with a DOM tree insertion in certain cases where a parent node no longer contains a child node. The vulnerability can be exploited by using specially formed JavaScript code.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 46.0.2490.71, update to version 46.0.2490.71 or later to resolve the issue. For Opera, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
