Description
The issue is related to errors in the code of a MySQL database management system subcomponent, specifically DML. It allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service. The vulnerability can be exploited by a high-privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols, potentially leading to unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash of the MySQL Server.

For MySQL Server versions 5.6.26 and earlier, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue to prevent potential exploitation.
