Description A use-after-free issue in the IndexedDB implementation allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service or possibly have other unspecified impacts by triggering duplicate BLOB references. This issue is related to the content/browser/indexed db/indexed db callbacks.cc and content/browser/indexed db/indexed db dispatcher host.cc files.

Recommendations For versions prior to 40.0.2214.91, update to version 40.0.2214.91 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of IndexedDB to minimize the risk of exploitation.
