CVSS v2.0

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:P/I:N/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Mozilla Firefox versions prior to 35.0 SeaMonkey versions prior to 2.32
Description The issue makes it easier for remote attackers to obtain sensitive information by sniffing the network during a session where there was an incorrect decision to accept a compromised and revoked certificate. This occurs because the software does not consider a specific extension in deciding whether to trust an OCSP responder.
Recommendations For Mozilla Firefox versions prior to 35.0, update to version 35.0 or later. For SeaMonkey versions prior to 2.32, update to version 2.32 or later.
