Description The issue allows remote attackers to bypass the Same Origin Policy and trigger transmission of a CSRF token to a different-domain web server. This is achieved via a leading space character in a URL within an attribute value.

Recommendations For jquery-rails versions 3.1.3 and earlier, update to version 3.1.3 or later. For jquery-rails versions 4.x prior to 4.0.4, update to version 4.0.4 or later. For jquery-ujs versions 1.0.4 and earlier, update to version 1.0.4 or later.
