CVE-2015-2315

CVSS v2.0

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions WPML plugin versions prior to 3.1.9
Description A cross-site scripting (XSS) issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the target parameter in a reminder popup action to the default URI. This could potentially lead to unauthorized actions on the affected system.
Recommendations For WPML plugin versions prior to 3.1.9, update to version 3.1.9 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the reminder popup action to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the target parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved.
