| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:P/I:N/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Honeywell Tuxedo Touch versions prior to 5.2.19.0 VA
Description
The issue allows remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions. This is due to the reliance on client-side authentication involving JavaScript, which can be manipulated by removing USERACCT requests from the client-server data stream.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 5.2.19.0 VA, update to version 5.2.19.0 VA or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the system to minimize the risk of exploitation.
Fix
Improper Access Control
