Description
A cross-site scripting (XSS) issue exists in the advanced dataset reports page, allowing remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via unspecified vectors.
Recommendations
For FortiAnalyzer versions 5.0.0 through 5.0.10, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue.
For FortiAnalyzer versions 5.2.0 through 5.2.1, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue.
For FortiManager versions 5.0.3 through 5.0.10, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue.
For FortiManager versions 5.2.0 through 5.2.1, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the advanced dataset reports page in both FortiAnalyzer and FortiManager until a patch is available.
