Description
The issue is related to a use-after-free vulnerability in the StyleResolver::appendCSSStyleSheet function. This vulnerability can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted web site, potentially causing a denial of service or other unspecified impact. The vulnerability is triggered by Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) style invalidation during a certain subtree-removal action.
Recommendations
For Google Chrome versions prior to 49.0.2623.75, update to version 49.0.2623.75 or later to resolve the issue.
For Opera, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
