Description The issue is related to errors in security settings in the browser/base/content/browser.js function of Mozilla Firefox and Firefox ESR, allowing remote attackers to spoof the address bar via a javascript: URL. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to fake the address bar.
Recommendations For Mozilla Firefox versions prior to 45.0, update to version 45.0 or later. For Mozilla Firefox ESR versions prior to 38.7, update to version 38.7 or later.
