Description
The issue is related to a use-after-free vulnerability, which occurs when memory is accessed after it has been freed. This can allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations
For Adobe Reader, consider disabling the ToolEventHandler function as a temporary workaround until a patch is available.
For Adobe Acrobat, restrict access to vulnerable modules to minimize the risk of exploitation.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
