Description The issue is related to a use-after-free vulnerability in the ports/SkFontHost FreeType.cpp component of Skia, used in Google Chrome and Opera. This vulnerability can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a denial of service, resulting in heap memory corruption, or possibly have other unspecified impacts.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 51.0.2704.63, update to version 51.0.2704.63 or later to resolve the issue. For Opera, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
