Description The issue is caused by improper memory access, allowing remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted web page. This can lead to memory corruption, enabling an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user. If the current user has administrative rights, the attacker could take control of the affected system, install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights.
Recommendations For Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For Microsoft Edge, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
