Description The issue is caused by a buffer overflow in the IOAcceleratorFamily component of Apple operating systems, allowing a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information from process memory or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a specially crafted web site.

Recommendations For Apple iOS versions prior to 10, update to version 10 or later to resolve the issue. For Apple OS X versions prior to 10.12, update to version 10.12 or later to resolve the issue.
