Description
The issue is caused by a buffer overflow in the IOAcceleratorFamily component of Apple operating systems, allowing a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information from process memory or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a specially crafted web site.
Recommendations
For Apple iOS versions prior to 10, update to version 10 or later to resolve the issue.
For Apple OS X versions prior to 10.12, update to version 10.12 or later to resolve the issue.
For Apple tvOS versions prior to 10, update to version 10 or later to resolve the issue.
For Apple watchOS versions prior to 3, update to version 3 or later to resolve the issue.
