Description
The issue is related to errors in loading DLLs in the Input Method Editor component of the Windows operating system. This can be exploited by a local attacker to elevate their privileges. The vulnerability allows local users to gain privileges via unspecified vectors.
Recommendations
For Windows Vista SP2, update to a newer version to mitigate the risk.
For Windows Server 2008 SP2 and R2 SP1, update to a newer version to mitigate the risk.
For Windows 7 SP1, update to a newer version to mitigate the risk.
