Description
The issue allows local users to execute arbitrary PHP code with additional privileges by leveraging an application with the umask set to 0 and that executes cache entries as code. This is due to the use of world-writable permissions for cache directories.

For Doctrine Annotations versions prior to 1.2.7, update to version 1.2.7 or later.
For Cache versions prior to 1.3.2, update to version 1.3.2 or later.
For Cache versions 1.4.x prior to 1.4.2, update to version 1.4.2 or later.
