Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an out-of-bounds read and application crash, via a crafted packet. This is due to the dissect ber constrained bitstring function in the ASN.1 BER dissector not verifying that a certain length is nonzero.

Recommendations For Wireshark versions 2.0.0 through 2.0.1, update to version 2.0.2 or later to resolve the issue.
