Description The issue affects the availability of the system, allowing remote authenticated users to cause a denial of service via vectors related to Server: Security: Encryption. This vulnerability can be exploited by a high-privileged attacker with network access to compromise the MySQL Server, resulting in the ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash of the server.
Recommendations For Oracle MySQL versions 5.6.30 and earlier, update to a version later than 5.6.30 to resolve the issue. For Oracle MySQL versions 5.7.12 and earlier, update to a version later than 5.7.12 to resolve the issue.
