Description The issue is related to the extensions subsystem not properly restricting access to Object.prototype, allowing remote attackers to load unintended resources. This can trigger unintended JavaScript function calls and bypass the Same Origin Policy via an indirect interception attack.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 53.0.2785.113, update to version 53.0.2785.113 or later to resolve the issue. For Opera, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
