Description The issue allows guest OS users to execute arbitrary code on the host OS or cause a denial of service due to host OS memory corruption when Cortado ThinPrint virtual printing is enabled. This is achieved via TrueType fonts embedded in EMFSPOOL.

Recommendations For VMware Workstation Pro versions 12.0 through 12.4, update to version 12.5.0 or later. For VMware Workstation Player versions 12.0 through 12.4, update to version 12.5.0 or later.
