Description
A Win32k information disclosure issue exists when the win32k component improperly provides kernel information. An attacker who successfully exploited this issue could obtain information to further compromise the user's system. This allows attackers to obtain sensitive information and affect the system.
Recommendations
For Windows 8.1, consider applying security updates to address the issue.
For Windows RT 8.1, apply the latest security patches.
For Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 10, and Windows Server 2016, ensure all security updates are installed to mitigate the risk.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
