Description The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Engineering Data Management. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle Engineering Data Management's accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Engineering Data Management's accessible data.

Recommendations For version 6.1.3.0, update to a version that addresses this issue. For version 6.2.2.0, update to a version that addresses this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Web Services Security subcomponent until a patch is available.
