Description The issue is related to a memory corruption vulnerability in the XFA engine of Adobe Acrobat and Reader, specifically tied to the structure and organization of a form. This vulnerability can be exploited to achieve arbitrary code execution. The vulnerability is caused by an out-of-bounds operation in memory, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations For versions 15.020.20042 and earlier, update to a version later than 15.020.20042 to resolve the issue. For versions 15.006.30244 and earlier, update to a version later than 15.006.30244 to resolve the issue. For versions 11.0.18 and earlier, update to a version later than 11.0.18 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the XFA engine in Adobe Acrobat and Reader until a patch is available.
