Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
IBM Kenexa LCMS Premier on Cloud versions 9.x through 10.0
Description
The issue is caused by the failure to set the secure flag for the session cookie in SSL mode, allowing a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. An attacker could exploit this by intercepting the cookie transmission within an HTTP session and capturing the cookie to gain access to sensitive information.
Recommendations
For versions 9.x through 10.0, consider disabling the use of session cookies in SSL mode until a fix is available, and restrict access to sensitive information to minimize the risk of exploitation.
