A buffer overrun issue occurs when processing the QCA NL80211 VENDOR SUBCMD SET TXPOWER SCALE vendor command. This happens because the attribute
QCA WLAN VENDOR ATTR TXPOWER SCALE contains fewer than 1 byte.Recommendations
