Description The issue is related to insufficient data validation in the Chromecast plugin, allowing a remote attacker to inject arbitrary scripts or HTML. Additionally, there is an unsafe navigation issue in Chromecast that enables a remote attacker to bypass navigation restrictions via a crafted HTML page.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 63.0.3239.84, update to version 63.0.3239.84 or later to resolve the issue. For Opera, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
