CVE-2017-15907

CVSS v3.1

9.8

Critical

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions phpCollab versions 2.5.1 and earlier
Description A SQL injection issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This is achieved via the id parameter to the "newsdesk/newsdesk.php" endpoint.
Recommendations For phpCollab versions 2.5.1 and earlier, update to a version later than 2.5.1 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "newsdesk/newsdesk.php" endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the id parameter in the affected endpoint until the issue is resolved.
