Description
The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Outside In Technology, resulting in the ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash of the technology. This can lead to a denial of service. The technology is a suite of software development kits, and the impact depends on how the software using the Outside In Technology code handles network data.
