Description The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle XML Gateway, which is a component of Oracle E-Business Suite. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Although the vulnerability is in Oracle XML Gateway, attacks may significantly impact additional products. This can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle XML Gateway accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle XML Gateway accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.1, 12.1.2, 12.1.3, update to a version that is not affected by this issue. For versions 12.2.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5, 12.2.6, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
