Description The issue is related to improper bounds checking in FFmpeg, which can be exploited by a remote attacker using a crafted video file to potentially cause heap corruption. This could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause the application to crash.
Recommendations For Google Chrome versions prior to 56.0.2924.76, update to version 56.0.2924.76 or later to resolve the issue. For Opera, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
