Description The issue allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers and obtain sensitive information via a crafted certificate, as the app does not verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers.
Recommendations For State Bank Anywhere app version 5.1.0, consider disabling the use of SSL connections until a patch is available that properly verifies X.509 certificates. As a temporary workaround, users should avoid using public or untrusted networks to access sensitive information through the app. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
