Description
The RPC over RDMA dissector could enter an infinite loop, triggered by packet injection or a malformed capture file. This issue was addressed by correctly checking for going beyond the maximum offset in the
packet-rpcrdma.c file.Recommendations
For Wireshark versions 2.0.0 through 2.0.11, update to a version that includes the fix in
epan/dissectors/packet-rpcrdma.c.
For Wireshark versions 2.2.0 through 2.2.5, update to a version that includes the fix in epan/dissectors/packet-rpcrdma.c.Fix
