Description
The issue allows an attacker to obtain information that could be used to further compromise the user's system when Windows Search fails to handle objects in memory. This could potentially allow attackers to obtain sensitive information and affect the system.
Recommendations
For Microsoft Windows versions 7 SP1, 8.1, 10 Gold, 1511, 1607, and 1703, and Microsoft Windows Server versions 2008 SP2 and R2 SP1, 2012 and R2, 2016, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
