5.4

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Telaxus EPESI versions 1.8.2 and earlier
Description The issue concerns a Stored Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via a crafted meeting description parameter in the Agenda component, specifically in the modules/Utils/RecordBrowser/RecordBrowserCommon 0.php file.
Recommendations For versions 1.8.2 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the vulnerable RecordBrowserCommon 0.php file until a patch is available. Avoid using crafted meeting description parameters in the affected Agenda component until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
