Description The issue is caused by a buffer overflow in the Chakra JavaScript engine of Microsoft Edge, potentially allowing a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code or corrupt memory. If successfully exploited, an attacker could gain control of the affected system, install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights, especially if the current user has administrative privileges.
