Description The issue is caused by a minimal memory range between the upper boundary of the stack and the PIE binary code segment located in memory starting at 0x80000000. This occurs when the RLIMIT STACK parameter is set to RLIM INFINITY and 1 GB of memory is allocated for the stack, resulting in the upper boundary of the stack being increased to 0x80000000. Exploitation of this issue may allow a local attacker to access the stack protection page.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
