Description
The issue is caused by a buffer overflow in memory, allowing a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user. This could lead to memory corruption, enabling the attacker to gain the same user rights as the current user.
Recommendations
For Microsoft Edge, consider restricting access to sensitive features until a patch is available.
For Microsoft browsers, as a temporary workaround, consider disabling scripting engine functionality to minimize the risk of exploitation.
