Description
The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Microsoft .NET Framework, which can be exploited by an attacker with local access to execute malicious code. This can lead to an attacker taking control of an affected system, allowing them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights. The impact may be less severe for users with limited user rights compared to those operating with administrative rights.
