Description The issue is related to the lack of restrictions on file uploads in the Php Inventory & Invoice Management System. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to upload malicious files to the file system, potentially allowing them to be executed. The /dashboard/edit myaccountdetail/ endpoint is specifically mentioned as vulnerable to arbitrary file upload.
Recommendations As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the file upload functionality in the /dashboard/edit myaccountdetail/ endpoint until a patch is available. Restrict access to the /dashboard/edit myaccountdetail/ endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
